About this gig

My 16 year old son has taken a driver's ed class, but is having difficulty passing the written license test. The help would take place at the Kirkland Library - just let us know what day/time works for you. He has dyslexia and so reading/studying on his own for the test is difficult for him. We need someone to help him study the driver's training manual and help read and answer practice tests.

About Melissa

I am originally from Santa Cruz, CA and moved up to the Seattle area about six years ago. I love helping connect people to the resources they need to get ahead and I also have a weird obsession with paperwork and handling bureaucracy. Back in 2009, I had a dream for starting a business and in 2017, I finally had the resources and time to give it a go! It has been that hardest thing I have ever done in my life, but I wouldn't take it back for anything. I believe strongly that people should be equipped to earn a living doing what they just makes for a more interesting and passionate life :-).
