With Chef Niallah's creations, she specializes in cupcakes, chocolate covered oreos, cookies, and artisan fudge designed for any special event or occasion.
Niallah always knew she wanted to be a pastry chef from the first moment her mom taught her how to make cupcakes and homemade cream cheese frosting. Since high school, it was Niallah's favorite activity to bring cupcakes for friend's birthdays at school or just because.
Fast forward years later, Niallah decided to go to Johnson & Wales University for their Culinary Arts & Food Service Management Program after her mentor suggested she find a career in culinary arts where there were more job opportunities. But, even still, Niallah would bake whenever she could for friends, family, teachers, and whoever would taste her creations.
After working in restaurants all over the U.S., Niallah created The Sugar Queen Bakery, to finally pursue her career as a pastry chef that focused on incorporating locally sourced ingredients.
Niallah at The Sugar Queen Bakery does not just make cupcakes, she incorporates the love and passion she has for desserts into everything she bakes.
