About this service

Because of the current situation, I'm offering yoga and mindfulness classes online. Once you book a class I will send you a Zoom link. Other videocall apps are available, skype, google hangouts, Facetime, etc. I have experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to youth, kids and adults. All levels are welcome.

  1. Mindfulness Basics - 30 min : $50.00

    In this class, I will share breathing exercises, dynamic movement and basic information behind mindfulness that will positively impact your body and mind.

  2. Friendly Yoga - 1 hour : $100.00

    In this class, I will share different breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and meditation. Depending on your level and interest we can adapt the content.

  3. Meditation - 30 min : $50.00

    In this class, I will share some thoughts and stories around different meditation philosophies that you can use in your personal practice. I will guide you during meditation and answer any questions related to this practice.
