Because of the current situation, I'm offering yoga and mindfulness classes online. Once you book a class I will send you a Zoom link. Other videocall apps are available, skype, google hangouts, Facetime, etc. I have experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to youth, kids and adults. All levels are welcome.

In this class, I will share some thoughts and stories around different meditation philosophies that you can use in your personal practice. I will guide you during meditation and answer any questions related to this practice.
