About Tad

Over more than 20 years in the digital advertising industry, I have worked for and with the largest and most influential brands and advertisers in the world. Now a socially-minded entrepreneur, small business owner and Marketing Consultant since 2015, I've found my passion helping other small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits build their own brands based on two key concepts: "Positive Brand Association" and "Community-Based Marketing". (Ask me about these two things!)

My career in advertising and marketing began during the dot-com boom in 1999 with the Walt Disney Internet Group. I like to say I was "Born in Brand, and baptized in Programmatic," as I've held positions of leadership and influence throughout the ad tech and digital media industry. I was among the industry pioneers of behavioral-based ad targeting and data management, developing unique perspectives on brand strategy, attribution, and campaign optimization strategies that led to the successful launch (and subsequent buyout) of a digital ad agency in 2015-17.
