Brooke baked a huge red velvet birthday cake for my son for his 9th birthday. It was super moist (which is hard to find in a vegan cake!). It was such a relief to not have to bake one myself and not have to rush around to the store to find a vegan one that actually tasted good. Every last bite was devoured and enjoyed!
