Corinne is a wellness bringer! I was feeling super down and out of shape this morning and Corinne came over to my home and showed me how to work out in my own room. This means there are no more excuses! I can now workout any time I have a few minutes to spare. She is super supportive, encouraging, and have a very approachable style to fitness that helps her meet people right where they are at. I enjoyed it so much, I will be seeing her tomorrow for another round!

I love working out with Corinne. She is patient and fun and helps me actually enjoy working out. This will definitely help me stick with it long-term. She also takes the time to get to know what types of workouts you'll like. Can't wait for our next visit!

Corinne really went above and beyond for our appointment. My 16-year-old was feeling a bit discourage about working out. To our surprise, she brought a tennis racket and tennis balls to her appointment with him and offered to take him to go play tennis a couple blocks from our house. When my son returned home, he was beaming! I haven't seen him that happy in ages. Not only did he feel great about working out, but he now has a way to work out on his own close to home doing something he loves. This was an invaluable experience. Thanks, Corinne! We will be booking more hours for sure!

Corinne is incredibly professional and clearly does personal training work for a living. Even better, she loves what she does! We booked her to help my 16-year-old get into shape, build some muscle, develop a workout routine he can stick to, and lose some weight. Our first session today was a success! And we will be seeing her again in two days :-)
